Biography

Elena Nikolaeva was born in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, where she completed her high school and high school education at the Academy of Russian "A.J.Vaganova" ballet and in 1991 graduated as a ballet dancer with the specialization of "choreographic art"

She has studied with the most famous Russian ballet pedagogues, soloists and ballet dancers and students of famous Russian ballet artists such as K.M.Sergeev (soloist and partner G.S.Ulanova), L.B.Kovaleva (one of her students was D.Višneva), E.B.Korina A.J.Vaganova), L.N.Safronova, N.P.Sahnovskaja, V.S.Desnickij, V.Onoško, A.A.Stepin, G.N.Selucki, I.G.Gensler (the Primary of the Marian Theater), L.E.GONCAROVA (Primary Theater of the Marian Theater), A.B.Bruskin, I.I.Gorovaj, A.I.Manoškin, Y.Gumba et al.

Artistic activity started to be in 1991. until 2002. was the soloist of the St. Petersburg Theater "Russian Ballet", St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, and since 2002. the soloist is Baleta HNK Split. She has made a number of remarkable roles in the solo ballet repertoire such as Odette, Odilia, Quitri, Giselle, Nikije, Gamzati, Clare, Sugar Wines, Pimpinelle, Princess Aurora, Carmen and others

She has performed at ballet theaters in the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg's Ermitažni teatar, Opera Theater and Ballet "MPMusorgski", St. Petersburg, Theatre Theater (ex-Kirov Ballet), St. Petersburg) and she has performed in Japan, France, England, Holland, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Scotland, Malta, Belgium, Portugal, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, Israel, Italy and Switzerland.


Pedagogical activity began to deal with 2004 at the Art Academy of the University of Split, where he is currently working as a docent of the Degree Course 1-6. Since 2009, she is a master and teacher of classical ballet at the Private Ballet School "Boris Papandopulo", Split, according to the classical ballet program approved by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.
Since 2014. He is currently acting as a docent of the Degree Course 1-6. at the Faculty of the University of Mostar (BiH). Since 2014 he has started with pedagogical work with the young soloists of Split's HNK Split. From 2015. at HNK Split he works as an assistant choreographer and ballet master. Since 2016 lecturer of ballet study of HNK Split.
